how it works

  • Every course in the catalogue runs on the same unit: a two-hour session. Twice a week is the standard cadence, so a six-session course runs three weeks, an eight-session course four, and a twelve-session course six. Sessions run in the evening, which means you can do this alongside a job.

  • Every course includes five hours in a VOYCE studio. They are not a bonus. They are the practice slot: the place you apply what the session covered, on the equipment you were taught on.

  • Production is what you make. Performance is what you do with it in a room. Projection is what an audience sees. Every course sits in one of the three, and courses are taken individually.

  • Every enrolled student receives 90 days of VOYCE Access with their course. While it is active, you get member rates where published, currently on Lab rental, along with priority booking and the same privileges as any other member.

  • Fees are set per course, with sessions, studio hours and materials scoped in. Write to academy.voyce@gmail.com for the current fee schedule and start dates.

    ABLETON LIVE

    Play. Produce. Perform.

    Learn Ableton Live as a creative instrument. From idea sketching and arrangement to live performance and hybrid workflows, this course trains you to think fast, work fluidly, and translate instinct into finished music, whether in the studio or on stage.

    LOGIC PRO

    Compose. Record. Refine.

    Master Logic Pro for modern music production and vocal work. Build strong sessions, arrange with clarity, record vocals with intent, and develop professional workflows that take your tracks from raw ideas to release-ready productions.

    THE ART OF DJ-ING

    Read the Room. Shape the Energy.

    Develop the skills and mindset of a professional DJ. From beatmatching and phrasing to track selection and crowd psychology, this course focuses on building coherent sets and performing with confidence across genres and contexts.

    Turntables into instruments.

    Explore scratching, beat juggling, cue control, and rhythmic expression. Learn the culture, technique, and discipline behind turntablism, and use vinyl as a performative, expressive tool, on stage and in showcases.

    Understand mixing as both a technical and musical discipline. Learn gain staging, EQ, compression, spatial design, and loudness standards, so your music translates confidently across clubs, headphones, and streaming platforms.

    Design Your Own Sound.

    Go beyond presets. Learn subtractive, FM, wavetable, and granular synthesis alongside creative sampling techniques. By the end, you’ll build unique instruments, textures, and sound palettes that define your artistic identity.

Under The Hood is the Academy's live session series. A working professional comes to the studio in Siolim for an evening, opens the project they are actually in the middle of, and works through it with the room. The instruments are on the table and the room gets a turn.
