Shipping & Delivery Policy
VOYCE Studios does not ship any physical products.
Our services include:
• Studio Space: Access & hospitality are granted in person upon booking confirmation.
• Professional Services: Deliverables set out on a project to project basis.
• Courses & Sessions: Delivered as scheduled sessions at our facility.
Our policy is to ensure quality, consistency & punctuality in the execution of our services.
Cancellation Policy
• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking receive a 100% refund.
• Rescheduling: Available up to 4 hours before the scheduled time, subject to slot availability.
• Discretionary Cancellations: VOYCE Studios reserves the right to approve or deny cancellations at its discretion.
Refund Policy
• Eligible Refunds: Only cancellations made within the stated policy will qualify for refunds for both the studio & academy.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
