MEMBERSHIP POLICY

1. Membership & Access

  • Membership grants limited access to VOYCE studios, academy resources, and community spaces.

  • Access is non-transferable and restricted to the registered member.

  • Entry and usage are subject to availability, booking confirmation, and internal approval.

  • VOYCE may approve, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.

2. Studio Bookings

  • All studio usage must be pre-booked via official VOYCE channels.

  • Session time includes setup and wrap-up. Overtime is not guaranteed.

  • Late arrivals do not extend session duration.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling follow VOYCE’s stated cancellation policy.

  • VOYCE may reschedule or cancel sessions for operational, technical, or safety reasons.

3. Use of Facilities & Equipment

  • Members must use all equipment and spaces responsibly and respectfully.

  • Any damage, misuse, or loss may result in repair or replacement charges.

  • Access to restricted areas or unauthorized equipment is prohibited.

  • Members must follow all posted studio rules and staff instructions.

4. Conduct & Community Standards

  • All members are required to comply with VOYCE’s Code of Conduct.

  • Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.

  • Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension, or permanent termination of access without refund.

5. Recording, Content & Rights

  • Members are solely responsible for the rights, permissions, and ownership of all content created or used at VOYCE.

  • VOYCE is not liable for copyright disputes, data loss, or third-party claims arising from member activity.

  • Members are advised to back up all data and sessions independently.

6. Privacy & Data

  • Member information is collected strictly for booking, operations, and communication.

  • VOYCE does not intentionally share personal data with third parties, except where required for platform functionality or legal compliance.

7. Liability & Risk

  • Use of VOYCE facilities is at the member’s own risk.

  • VOYCE is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

8. Policy Enforcement & Updates

  • VOYCE reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy at its discretion.

  • Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use of facilities implies acceptance of the current version.
